GF DF Sesame Nibbles

Recipe to follow once I find my little food notebook / Bible.

FOUND IT. It’s all o.k. guys, do not panic.

So upon review it may be wise to try this recipe again before posting but I am feeling a little crazy tonight, living on the wilder side, so here goes.

Mortar and Pestle / Coffee-Bean Grinder (I know. Unlikely)

Weighing Scales / Jug

Wooden Spoon and Teaspoon

2 Mixing Bowls

Baking Tray

150g Brown Rice Flour (White works too)

50g Brown Sugar

25g Sesame Oil

50ml Rice Milk

4 tbsp Blonde Sesame Seeds

30g Ground Almond

1 tbsp date syrup diluted by 25 ml hot water

Heat the oven at 180 degrees Celcius – Powder 2 tbsp of the blonde sesame seeds in the mortar & pestle / coffee grinder – Mix the flour, the sugar, powdered almonds and the powdered sesame in a mixing bowl – Make a hole in the centre on the mixture and add the milk, sesame oil and diluted date syrup – Mix well to achieve a well-combined dough – mix in the remained whole sesame seeds.

I challenge you to attempt your own pretty presentation with these nibbles. Cook for 20 mins at 180 degrees celcius on a baking tray lined with baking / parchment paper.
